Induction adapter plate, Ø 24 cm

Took me a minute to realize the 24 cm surface is just the right size for my medium pots, and now I don’t have to haul out the gas camping stove for my favorite Dutch oven. Heats evenly enough that my sauce didn’t scorch on the edges, which I half expected.

My old pans finally work on my induction hob without me having to buy a whole new set—the 24 cm surface is just right for my medium saucepan. It heats up evenly and doesn’t wobble, which was my biggest worry before trying it.

The 24 cm diameter fits my large pots perfectly, and the plate heats evenly enough that my old stainless steel cookware finally works on the induction hob. Took a bit to find the right heat setting, but once I did, it's been a solid everyday fix.
