Peeling knife straight, blade 8 cm

The 8cm straight blade gives me way more control than my old swivel peeler, especially around knobby spots on ginger and potatoes. It’s sharp enough to trim without hacking things up, and it fits my hand nicely for longer prep sessions.

I've been through three peelers this year and this one finally feels sturdy enough for daily use. The straight 8 cm blade glides through apple skins without me having to saw back and forth, and even the awkward knobbly bits on potatoes come off cleanly.
