The wire cutter makes quick work of deviled eggs for potlucks, and cleanup is just a rinse since nothing sticks to the frame. I've used it on everything from soft-boiled to hard-boiled and the slices stay even every time.

Hard-boiled eggs come out perfectly sliced every time, and the wire cutter handles even the softest yolks without squashing them. It's become my go-to for quick egg salad and garnishes.

Didn't expect much from a simple egg slicer but this thing is solid — the wires are taut and cut clean through without squishing the yolk. Made deviled eggs for a party last weekend and every single one came out neat. Way easier than fighting with a knife.
