The built-in strainer catches every last herb and peppercorn, so my jus comes out crystal clear with zero effort. It pours neatly without dripping down the side, which is exactly what I needed for gravy day.

The 1-liter capacity is perfect for when I’m making gravy for the whole family, and the spout pours clean without any drips down the side. I still get a little sediment through the strainer if I’m not patient, but the separation itself works exactly as it should.

The built-in strainer is a lifesaver when I'm pouring broth straight from the pot—no more chasing stray peppercorns. The 1-liter size fits perfectly in my fridge door, and the spout pours clean without dripping everywhere.
