I like that the 40 cm length gives me plenty of room to work, and the fine grating surface handles carrots and cheese without any clogging. It's solidly built and feels like it will last.

This thing glides through a block of parmesan like it's soft butter, and the 40 cm surface means I'm not hunched over the bowl the whole time. Cleanup is easy too, just a quick rinse and the fine shreds don't get stuck in the teeth like my old one.
