Grøntsagskniv »Greta«, buet blad

Peeling a whole bag of potatoes took half the time I expected, and the curved blade gets into those little crevices without gouging the flesh. It’s also surprisingly sturdy in the hand, not flimsy like my old one. Definitely my go-to prep tool now.

The curve fits my hand nicely, and it makes peeling apples feel almost effortless compared to a straight blade. I've already reached for it more than my old peeler in the past week.

The curved blade glides through potato skins without wasting any flesh, and the handle sits perfectly in my grip. It’s made quick work of apples and carrots too, so I’m actually reaching for it over my old peeler every time.
