Grøntsagskniv »Domesticus«, buet blad 6 cm

I was a bit skeptical about the bent blade at first, but after a week of daily veg prep, my wrist feels way less tired than with my old straight knife. The 6 cm size is perfect for quick, controlled cuts on smaller produce like shallots and peppers.

The bent blade lets me rock-chop herbs and small veg without cranking my wrist, and the 6 cm size feels perfectly nimble for everyday prep. I've reached for it every night since it arrived.

The curve on this 6 cm blade makes mincing herbs feel almost effortless—my wrist stays in a relaxed angle even after a long prep session. It’s compact but handles daily veggie duty with surprising precision, and cleaning it takes seconds.
