I used this to make a batch of apple sauce and the puree came out so smooth with hardly any effort. The 20 cm diameter fits right over my largest pot, which made the whole process mess-free.

The 20 cm width is perfect for resting right over my largest pot, so no more splash-back when I’m pushing through batches of cooked plums. It’s sturdy but light enough to handle one-handed while I scrape with the other, and the puree comes out silky smooth every time.
