Turner »Pro«, 45 cm, plain

This spatula glides under pancakes so smoothly, it feels like it’s doing the work for me. I love that it’s a plain, no-fuss design, but the 45 cm length lets me flip things without getting my sleeves anywhere near the hot pan.

The 45 cm length is a godsend for reaching the back of my big cast-iron pan without burning my forearm. It feels solid in the hand and flips pancakes and stir-fries with zero flex, which is exactly what I wanted.

It does the job for basic flipping, and the 45 cm length gives good reach so my hands stay clear of the pan. But it's nothing special — the plain design feels a bit flimsy, and I wasn't blown away considering what I paid.
