ケーキセッティングリング「サプライズ」、高さ15cm

I love how the 15‑cm height gives me plenty of room to create tall, dramatic layer cakes without the sides collapsing. It’s sturdy enough that I can transport the whole ring to a party and just lift it off at the last minute.

I used this ring to stack a three-layer mousse cake for a party, and the 15 cm height gave me plenty of room without spillover. It held everything steady while I filled the layers.

Finally a ring that's actually tall enough for proper layer cakes — 15 cm gives me room for three generous layers without squishing the frosting. Assembling the "Surprise" cake felt so much more controlled than my old method, and the finished result looked almost professional on the plate.
