ハーブ用カッティングローラー「シュナイトフィックス」

I was skeptical about another single-purpose gadget, but this thing actually earns its drawer space. Rolling it over a bunch of cilantro takes about ten seconds and the blades get everything evenly chopped without bruising the leaves. Cleaning is a quick rinse under the tap, which sealed it for me.

My kids actually eat parsley now because this thing turns it into a fine green dust in seconds. The roller glides back and forth with barely any pressure, which is great since my wrists aren't what they used to be. Cleaning it takes a quick rinse, no fiddly parts to scrub.

Wasn't sure a roller would beat my knife, but this thing turns a handful of basil into fine bits in seconds. The roller mechanism rolls smoothly and doesn't mash the leaves like my old slap chopper did. Cleanup's quick too since nothing really sticks to it.
