The 15 cm diameter is the perfect size for my small frying pan, letting me flip eggs and fish fillets without splashing oil everywhere. It feels balanced and sturdy in the hand, making deep-frying much less stressful.

The 15 cm size is just right for scooping things out of hot oil without splashing. It’s sturdy and feels well-balanced, though I wish the handle were a tiny bit longer for safer reach.

The handle gives me a solid grip even when my hands are slightly wet, and the 15 cm head is wide enough to flip a decent portion of fish without splashing oil everywhere. It does the job well, though I wish the mesh were a bit finer for smaller crumbs.
