おろし器セット「テクニクス クアドロ」

I was skeptical at first, but the fine grating surface on this set handles garlic and nutmeg way better than my old box grater ever did. The whole thing feels sturdy and doesn't slide around on the counter, which makes prep faster.

The four different grating surfaces cover everything from fine zest to thick slices, and the box keeps them all neatly stacked. I’ve already used it for carrots and cheese, and both came out perfectly even without any slipping.

Finally, a grater set that stays put on the counter thanks to the non-slip base—makes shredding carrots a breeze. The different grating surfaces handle everything from fine zest to coarse shreds, and the clear collection box catches it all with zero mess.
