ミートフォーク »Gallant«

Finally, a meat fork that actually holds up during carving instead of bending like the cheap ones I've had before. The sturdy construction is exactly what I needed for lifting roasts and chicken without worry. It's become my go-to for serving at dinner.

It's pretty sturdy and the tines hold a big roast securely when I'm carving. Only knock is I wish the handle were a touch longer for safety, but it does the job.

The handle gives me a good grip even when my hands are a bit greasy from the roast. I just wish it came with a little plastic guard to keep the tines from scratching my nonstick pan.
