I’ve been using this to mix my morning protein shakes and the lid seals tightly enough that nothing leaks, even when I shake it vigorously. The 0.5-liter size is perfect for a single serving without taking up too much counter space.

The 0.5-liter size is just right for making a single smoothie, and the pink color looks nice on the counter. It seals well during shaking, though I do wish the lid had a little more grip.
