ペストリーホイール「Gentle」

I was pleasantly surprised by how effortlessly the wheel glides through even stiff dough without sticking. The handle feels balanced and comfortable in my hand, which makes cutting neat, clean edges a simple task.

Finally, a pastry wheel that actually cuts cleanly without tugging the dough. The simple design makes it easy to handle even for detailed work. It's become my go-to for pie crusts and cookie decorations.

I've been using this pastry wheel for a few weeks now, and the wheel itself glides through dough without sticking, which is a big plus for me. My only small critique is that the handle could be a bit more comfortable for longer cutting sessions, but it gets the job done well for basic tasks.
