Straining mill »Finoletta«, ø 20 cm

Finally got to use this for making apple puree, and the hand crank feels really smooth and solid—no wobbling at all. The 20 cm size fits perfectly over my standard pot, so no mess.

I chucked in a batch of tomatoes and it pureed them smooth in seconds—the crank handle feels solid and the suction base keeps it steady even when I'm really working it. Nice little mill for sauces and soups.

Finally, a strainer that actually catches every last seed and bit of skin without clogging. The crank turns so smoothly that I was able to puree a whole batch of tomatoes in under two minutes. It's sturdy enough to handle a heavy load without wobbling on the counter.
