コンパクトタイマー

I clip this little timer to my apron pocket before I start cooking, and it's saved me from burning more than one batch of cookies. The dial is simple to set one-handed, and the ring is loud enough to hear from the other room.

Fits perfectly in my utensil drawer and the magnetic back holds it right on the fridge while I cook. Easy to set and the display is clear enough to see across the counter.

The dial clicks nicely at each minute mark, which makes it easy to set precisely even with wet hands. It's small enough that I just leave it stuck on the fridge between uses.
