Turner »Pro«, 45 cm, perforated

The perforated surface on this 45 cm turner makes flipping pancakes and draining oil effortless. It feels sturdy and well-balanced in my hand, handling everything from stir-fries to fried eggs without bending.

Finally, a turner that's long enough to reach the back of my big stockpot without my knuckles hitting the rim. The 45 cm length makes a real difference, and the perforations let excess liquid drip right back into the pan instead of onto the counter.

The perforated surface drains oil perfectly when I'm lifting fried items out of the pan—way less mess on the stovetop. It feels sturdy and well-balanced in the hand, not flimsy like some cheaper turners I've used.
