ゼスター「Gentle」

I was a little skeptical about how much control I'd have with a small zester, but the ergonomic handle makes it easy to get a fine, even grate without squeezing too hard. Works perfectly for delicate lemon zest on my morning pastry.

The blade is surprisingly nimble for such a small tool, gliding over a lime without digging into the pith. I used it for a micro-fine grating of ginger too, and cleanup was a quick rinse. Exactly the kind of gentle yet effective kitchen helper I was hoping for.

Got this for zesting lemons and it lives up to its name—the fine grating is smooth and doesn't bruise the peel at all. Even worked great on a delicate lime for a cocktail garnish, no struggle. Exactly what I needed for light kitchen work.
