Plating salads and turning delicate fish fillets feels so much more controlled with these, the grip is really comfortable even when my hands are wet from rinsing veggies. They’ve held up well over a month of daily use and the precision tip makes garnishing a breeze.

These have become my go-to for flipping delicate fish fillets without them breaking apart. The comfortable grip makes them easy to hold even when my hands are a bit wet, and they’re precise enough for plating garnishes too.
