모짜렐라 슬라이서 »카프레제«

Took this out for a Caprese salad last night and the even slicing is a game changer, no more squished mozzarella. The grip feels solid and it handles the soft cheese without tearing. I've already used it three times this week, it's earned a permanent spot in my drawer.

Even, neat mozzarella slices used to be a struggle for me, but this slicer makes it effortless for caprese and salads. The blade cuts through a fresh ball cleanly without squishing it, which is exactly what I needed.

My Caprese salads finally look like they belong on a restaurant plate instead of a crime scene. The slicing grid handles both soft and firm mozzarella without squishing it, and cleanup takes seconds since nothing sticks to the wire.
