My nails used to break or bend trying to peel oranges by hand, but this tool's grip is gentle enough that I can finally do it without any pain. The peel comes off in one clean strip every time.

This little peeler removes the pith way better than my old knife, and the curved blade actually follows the fruit's shape. I'm peeling oranges in half the time now without any struggle.

It does the job without me having to dig my nails into the peel, which is exactly what I wanted. The grip feels sturdy in my hand, though it's a bit bulkier than I'd like for a drawer utensil. Still, it's made peeling my morning grapefruit far less of a chore.
