The handle feels really solid in my hand, and the straining works cleanly without bending or flexing when I scoop out broth. I’ve used it every day for soups and blanched veggies, and honestly, it’s become my go-to. Just the right tool for the job.

Finally ditched my old flimsy one—this one’s sturdy handle gives me way more control when I’m skimming broth, and it strains even the finest bits without bending.

This skimmer handles everything I toss at it, from soups to frying oil, and the sturdy head hasn't bent a bit after weeks of daily use. It’s honestly become my go-to for straining pasta, too, since the slots let liquid drain fast without dropping food back in.
