The twist dial is stiff enough that it won't get bumped off by accident, which I appreciate when I'm juggling three pots. Timing my morning pour-over has never been this simple.

I've used mine every single day since it arrived, and the simple, functional design is exactly what my kitchen needed. It's so easy to set for baking without any fuss.

The dial is big enough to read from across the kitchen, and it doesn't need batteries, which is one less thing to worry about. I use it mostly for bread and it hasn't let me down yet.
