I wasn't expecting much from a universal knife, but this one handles everything from tomatoes to bread without me having to switch tools mid-meal. The blade keeps its edge well and the whole thing feels solid enough for daily use.

The handle fits my hand so well that even after chopping a whole batch of onions, there's no strain at all. It's the first knife I've owned that feels like an extension of my arm, and the edge holds up nicely for daily use.

It’s the kind of blade you grab without thinking, and it just does the job—the handle feels solid and comfortable even after chopping a bunch of veggies. The all-purpose edge is sharp enough for everything I’ve thrown at it so far.
