I’ve been using this whisk for a few weeks now and the classic design handles sauces just as well as light batters. The handle feels sturdy in my hand without being too heavy.

I’ve used it daily for whipping cream and it’s sturdy enough for that, though the handle could be a bit more comfortable for longer mixing sessions. Still, it gets the job done well.

The classic design is exactly what I needed for everyday sauces and mixing, and it hasn't let me down. Only wish the handle had a bit more grip when my hands are wet, but it's still a solid tool for the price.
