2in1 fish utensil »Gallant«

I wasn't sure a single utensil could handle both jobs, but this one flips from fork to spatula in a second, so I'm not juggling two tools while the fish cools on the plate. The tines actually grip the fillet instead of shredding it.

Filleting and serving with one tool means way less clutter in my drawer, which I appreciate. The fork end grips the fish firmly without shredding it, and flipping to the spatula side is quicker than digging for a second utensil.

The two ends actually do different jobs, so I'm not switching tools halfway through filleting anymore. It's sturdy enough that the scales come off in one pass instead of me hacking at them. Cleaning it takes ten seconds under the tap.
