Brødkniv »Domesticus«, blad 18,5 cm

The handle sits comfortably in my hand, and that 18.5 cm blade glides through a crusty sourdough without crushing the soft inside. It's made slicing my morning toast feel almost effortless, and cleanup is a quick wipe.

The 18.5 cm blade glides through a crusty sourdough without crushing the crumb, which is exactly what I needed. Clean slices every time, and it feels sturdy in the hand, though I wish the handle had a bit more grip.
