Dessert/matformer »Kreis«, runde, 4 deler, 7,5 cm

The 7.5 cm size is perfect for individual desserts, and the four parts let me prep multiple portions at once. They release cleanly every time, which makes plating feel effortless.

I was a bit worried they'd be flimsy, but these four 7.5 cm rings are surprisingly sturdy and the edges are clean enough that my panna cotta unmolded without any tearing. They stack neatly in my drawer too, which is a bonus.

I’ve used these four round moulds for both sweet mousse cups and savory appetizer layers, and every portion comes out exactly the same size. The 7.5 cm diameter is just right for a single serving, and they release cleanly with a quick tap.
