It's sturdy but flexible enough to get under edges without gouging my pans—exactly what I wanted. The gentle design really does cut down on scratches, and it's held up fine through daily use so far.

Finally, a spatula that won't scratch my non-stick pans. The gentle edge is exactly what I needed for flipping delicate pancakes without any damage. It's become my go-to for everyday cooking.
