The swivel head glides around apple curves without me having to twist my wrist, which is a huge win for someone with weak grip. It's even been through the dishwasher a few times already and still peels as smoothly as day one.

I’ve gone through a bag of potatoes and a pile of carrots without once having to fight the blade—the swivel just glides along, even on lumpy spots. The steel edge stayed sharp the whole time, and it feels sturdy enough to last years.

The swivel blade tracks the curves of potatoes and carrots so smoothly that I actually look forward to prepping vegetables now. Peeling a whole bag of apples took me half the time, and the handle sits comfortably in my hand without slipping even when wet.
