Tomatskiver

I’ve made salad prep a daily habit now because the guide wires slice even wedges in one quick push, no squished cores or uneven halves. It’s honestly the fastest way I’ve found to get through a whole batch of tomatoes for sandwich toppings, and washing it takes seconds.

I was skeptical about another gadget cluttering my drawer, but this one earns its spot. The stainless steel blades make clean, even slices in seconds, which is perfect for layering sandwiches without crushing the tomato.

The stainless steel blades cut through even the ripest tomatoes without squishing them, and the curved design catches every drop of juice. I’ve been using it daily for sandwiches and it’s cut my prep time in half.
