This slicer handles my weekly veg prep in half the time—the blade is genuinely sharp, not a gimmick. Makes perfect, even slices for stir-fries without crushing the softer produce.

I've been using this slicer for my weekly meal prep and it cuts through bell peppers and cucumbers in seconds. The grip is comfortable enough that I don't mind slicing a whole bag of veggies at once.

The adjustable blade makes quick work of carrots and cucumbers for my lunch salads, way faster than my old knife routine. It sits flat on the counter without wobbling, which I didn't expect at this price. Cleaning takes a bit of care around the blades, but that's the only thing I'd mention.
