Asparagus-/vegetable peeler »U-Typ«

The U-shape makes peeling asparagus feel almost effortless—my hand doesn't cramp up even after doing a whole bunch. It glides smoothly along the stalks, and the comfortable grip gives me way more control than my old straight peeler.

I was skeptical about the U-shape at first, but it actually lets you rock the blade along asparagus stalks without twisting your wrist. Peels carrots and zucchini just as cleanly, and it's surprisingly comfortable for longer prep sessions.
