I was skeptical about another single-purpose gadget, but this thing actually earns its drawer space. Rolling it over a bunch of cilantro takes about ten seconds and the blades get everything evenly chopped without bruising the leaves. Cleaning is a quick rinse under the tap, which sealed it for me.

My kids actually eat parsley now because this thing turns it into a fine green dust in seconds. The roller glides back and forth with barely any pressure, which is great since my wrists aren't what they used to be. Cleaning it takes a quick rinse, no fiddly parts to scrub.
