I’ve used mine three times now and the dough holds its heart shape perfectly through the final rise, even with a fairly sticky sourdough. The cover is a nice touch too, it keeps the top from drying out while proofing overnight. Cleanup is easy since it’s just a quick brush-out afterwards.
