Evelyn ★★★★★

Finally a skimmer that actually fits into my smaller saucepans without splashing. The fine mesh catches every bit of scum from my chicken stock.

Daniel ★★★★★

The 12 cm head is the perfect size for skimming fat off my stockpot without dipping into the liquid itself, and the handle stays cool on the stove. I've used it daily for a week now and it handles everything from soups to sauces with zero hassle.

Ryan S. ★★★☆☆

It's fine for taking a bit of scum off a pot of stock, but the handle feels a little thin for a tool called "Pro." Does the job, just not as sturdy as I'd hoped for the price.
