Smör- och dekorationskniv

The flat edge is perfect for getting butter to an even layer on bread without tearing it, and it’s sturdy enough for frosting a cake too. It’s become my go-to for quick spreads and small decorating jobs, feels well-made for the price.

The serrated edge on this one actually grips the butter instead of sliding off, so spreading on cold bread is finally effortless. It's lightweight but feels solid in the hand, and cleanup takes two seconds under the tap.

Finally a spreader that doesn't flex halfway through a thick layer of cream cheese. The blade's firm edge makes neat swirls on cupcakes without digging into the frosting. Everyday use so far and it cleans up in seconds.
