Kak- och tårtkylare, ø 32 cm

The 32 cm diameter fits my standard round cakes perfectly, and the open wire design lets air circulate so the bottom doesn't get soggy. I've used it for three batches of sponge cake this week and each one cooled evenly without any condensation spots.

The wire mesh is spaced just right, so my sponge cakes cool evenly without soggy bottoms, and the 32 cm size fits all my standard tins. Air circulates underneath exactly as it should, and cleanup is a quick rinse.

The 32 cm diameter is perfect for my standard round cakes, and the airflow underneath really does stop the bottoms from getting soggy. I've used it for everything from sponge cakes to a heavy fruit gateau, and it holds up without bending.
