Osthyvel »Gallant«

The curved blade glides through even firm gouda without any cracking, and the ergonomic handle gives me a solid grip. Cleanup is a breeze with just a quick rinse. This is exactly the slicer I've been looking for.

I've been through three slicers in two years and this one finally feels solid instead of flimsy — the blade cuts clean through a block of aged gouda without shredding it. Cleanup is quick too, which matters when you're slicing cheese for a board every other day.

The way it glides through even a firm aged gouda with zero crumble is exactly what I needed. The slim design also makes it easy to store in an already full drawer.
