I was pleasantly surprised how well this scraper slides under sticky dough without tearing it. The rigid edge makes cutting through portions super clean. It's become my go-to for transferring dough from the counter to the bowl.

The handle fits nicely in my palm, and it glides through sticky dough without tearing it apart. Cleanup is a breeze since it wipes off in seconds, and it's become my go-to for transferring dough from the board to the pan.

I've been using this scraper every time I bake bread and it's made transferring sticky dough a total breeze. The edge is firm but not too rigid, so it gets under the dough cleanly without scratching my countertop. Cleanup is quick too, just a rinse and it's ready to go.
