Rivjärn, fin »Gallant Pro«

The fine shred on this grater is perfect for nutmeg or hard cheese, and it feels sturdy enough to last through daily use. I’ve already used it for zesting lemons and it handled the job without any clogging. Exactly what I needed for consistent, fine results.

The fine teeth on this grater really do produce a consistently even grate, which is perfect for zesting or parmesan. I just wish the handle had a bit more grip when my hands are wet. Still, it's a solid upgrade from my old one.

Took me a minute to figure out the right pressure for the fine grate, but once I got the hang of it, the consistent shreds were exactly what I needed for my salad prep. It's smaller than I pictured, but it does the job well for everyday use.
