Took these out of the box and the blades cut through a duck's joints with zero effort, even the tough ones. The spring-loaded handle makes opening and closing them feel smooth and controlled. Perfect for anyone who cooks poultry regularly.

Sliced through a whole chicken in minutes without the blades slipping — the grip is solid and the hinge feels sturdy even on rib bones. Cleanup was quick too, just a rinse and wipe. Exactly what I needed for Sunday roasting.

Finally, a pair of poultry shears that actually cuts through joints cleanly without slipping. The stainless steel blades feel sturdy and have held their edge well after several uses.
