Straining mill »Finoletta«, ø 20 cm

I chucked in a batch of tomatoes and it pureed them smooth in seconds—the crank handle feels solid and the suction base keeps it steady even when I'm really working it. Nice little mill for sauces and soups.

Finally, a strainer that actually catches every last seed and bit of skin without clogging. The crank turns so smoothly that I was able to puree a whole batch of tomatoes in under two minutes. It's sturdy enough to handle a heavy load without wobbling on the counter.

The 20 cm diameter is just right for handling a batch of cooked tomatoes without being too bulky to store. It does a solid job straining, though I wish the crank mechanism felt a bit sturdier during use.
