Grater »Technicus-Square«, fine, 32 cm

I love the comfortable grip this square shape gives me—it stays put even when I'm grating harder ingredients like nutmeg. The fine texture is perfect for zesting lemons without tearing the pith.

The fine blade on this 32 cm model makes short work of cheese and veggies, and the square body sits steady in my hand without wobbling. I've used it daily for two weeks and it still glides through everything like it's new.

Finally, a grater that doesn't slip or feel flimsy — the square handle gives me way more control than those round ones. I used it for a block of Parmesan and the fine side makes perfectly fluffy snow without any effort.
