I was skeptical about buying a fork for just one job, but the stainless steel feels properly weighted and sturdy. It's elegant enough to leave on the table for the whole meal.

Finally, a fork that’s actually long enough to get to the bottom of a loaded potato without my knuckles touching the skin. The prongs are sturdy and the stainless steel has a nice heft to it. I’ve already used it for sweet potatoes and even a few side salads, and it feels like it’ll last forever.

The polished stainless finish actually catches the light beautifully at dinner, so it feels fancier than a plain utensil. It’s got a nice heft in the hand and handled my loaded potato without bending a single prong.
