แผ่นบด, 4.5 มม., ขนาด 8

My old grinder plate finally gave out, so I grabbed this 4.5mm one for my size 8 machine and it fits perfectly into the housing. The medium-fine mince is exactly what I wanted for chili, and the holes are clean-cut with no rough edges on the meat.

The 4.5mm holes give just the right medium-fine texture for my ground beef, and it locked into my size 8 grinder without any wobble. Exactly what I needed for consistent batches of patties.

Swapped out my old coarse plate and the 4.5mm holes make a huge difference for bolognese—texture's just right. It fit my size 8 grinder without any fuss, and cleanup took under a minute.
