The 22 cm length is just right for reaching into a deep salad bowl without my knuckles brushing the dressing. It grips the lettuce firmly but doesn't crush the leaves, so serving stays tidy.

These tongs have the perfect spring tension—not too stiff, not too flimsy—and the 22 cm length gives me great control over heavy salads. I've been using them daily for a week and the grip still feels secure even with wet hands.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well these tongs lock together for storage, though the grip could be a bit tackier when handling wet salad leaves. Still, they get the job done without bending.
