The 26 cm length hits the sweet spot—long enough to reach across my big pan without getting my sleeve near the heat. As a lefty, I appreciate that the handle feels balanced and doesn’t twist in my hand when I’m flipping pancakes.

I love how sturdy this 26 cm turner feels—it flips pancakes without any bending. The smooth edge slides right under delicate fish fillets, making serving a breeze. Overall, a solid choice for everyday cooking.
